I have lived at Cimarron for almost three years now and I don't regret a single minute of it. I really enjoy living here. It's a great little hidden jewel of a complex. It's hidden away in the heart of Downtown Mesa just across from the main library. Very close to the light rail and the downtown corridor. The complex is very well kept and clean, and gated with a security patrol. There is free wi-fi which is provided by the complex. It runs very fast and has saved me a good amount of money since I got rid of Cox when the apartments installed the wi-fi. Electric is provided through the City of Mesa. They have units that have washers and dryers as well as units that don't. There is an onsite laundry room with debit/credit card machines, a fitness center, a dog park, a very nice pool and jacuzzi, BBQ grills, a bocce ball court, horseshoes, and a glacier water machine if you want to refill water bottles. There is plenty of covered parking as well. Johnna and David in the office are great, as are the maintenance guys. They are always willing to help and are always on top of any problems (which are very few) and any maintenance problems (which are also very few). You hear a lot of fire trucks since the fire station is a couple of blocks down the road, but you learn to tune them out. I tend to keep to myself, but everyone who lives here is very friendly. The community is a mix of people ranging from young professionals to an airline pilot a doctor to retirees and senior citizens to small families with young children. We're a very diverse little community. I highly recommend the Cimarron Apartments!
