I highly wont recommend this urgent care. I had taken my daughter who is 2.5 years old to this urgent care on April 6th 2017 because she had pain in her ears. Her primary care doctor's office was closed by that time and then we looked up online and we went here. There was a nurse practitioner who checked her out. My wife and I could really understand that she was completely clueless in her diagnosis. I even asked her if our daughter has an infection and this nurse practitioner told us that "she is not able to figure it out" . literally. and then asked us to just keep checking our daughter and take her to emergency room if needed in the night. The next day we took our daughter to her primary care Pediatrician and it was clearly identified as an ear infection.
Now, they have now charged us a bill with $225 and my insurance said that with the description of service charged, there is no insurance contractual adjustment so I have to end up paying all the amount.
It was sheer waste of time and money and I would highly NOT recommend anyone going here. We have been to many other urgent cares and this is exceptionally bad.
