I did not know about Dutch Bros' wonderful customer service and super nice employees. To say I was taken-aback would be an understatement. I think it could be one of the reasons why it is so popular. There are two drive through lanes, but I did the walk-up. My first drink was the Kicker - Irish Cream blend - I got it sugar-free and it was delicious. They even gave me a card for a free drink the next visit. And I tried the Annihilator - Chocolate Macadamia Nut. Also sugar free. OMG. So crazy good. I bought a box of their K-Cups to take back to Texas and I'm glad to see I can order more online. The coffee is very smooth, both in their drinks and in the K-Cups. It was also cute to see little kids with their whipped cream straws and two Great Danes enjoying their puppy chinos (complete with 2 dog biscuits).
