I would not use this company they told me I could refinance no problem I even advise them due to title I was told it would have to be a year they told me no that absolutely was not true. Started the process met all their deadlines signed all the paperwork paid for the appraisal fee, should have been done nope guess what can't do it has to be a year now out the appraisal fee. Really would not want to use the company later on to do the refinance which was there solution to make up for the fees. Know your business it is not fair that I paid almost 500 for an appraisal that resulted in nothing because you gave wrong information and you are not willing to resolve the issue. Mac and Gados should stop recommending them.
