Higher ground is by far the best tattoo shop I have been too. Yes tattoos hurt but this shop has extremely talented artists who aren't heavy handed if you looking for that less painful experience. The shop was extreamly clean and the artists were full of joy and mad me feel extreamly comfortable. I plan to go back for many more tattoos. I would highly recommend this shop for first timers and any others.
