BEWARE: SITE TO STORE PICKUP
When placing an online order for in-store pickup you still have to pay at the store.
We thought we paid for the online order, but when arrived at store was told we still had to pay.
Site to Store pick up is more like an order reservation than an actual order.
There is no indication of the "order reservation" during the online ordering process.
I called Fry's online ordering to confirm this was the case and the sales associate wasn't just bs.
The rep told me I was the only person to call and complain.
Seems they'd make mention of this during the online purchase process....but they haven't.
Just BEWARE.
I have no negative review of their product, just the online order process
