The Blu Burger Survey on yellow sheet paper - I have been coming to Blu Burger for many years - I miss the Freshness it use to be - Fresh Bread - Fresh Garlic Rolls with Fresh Moist Salmon & the Fresh Green Salad. The Salmon use to cover the whole roll now its really thin & dried out & does not cover the whole roll. RIPP OFF.
I was there on 08/28/2014 and as the last time my Salmon was DRIED out & the Greens were Wilty The Bread was way to done to & it was COLD when it was served to me. The bathroom did not smell this time around.
I brought my friend over here for her birthday lunch she had the Cobb Salad & she enjoy it.
My meal was awful. Just saying. The owner came over to say hi & he has talked to me one other time & I shared to him what I thought.
Of course he did not like constructive criticism. There was this nagging dirty fly flying around our food and as I was paying for our meal the fly fell on my receipt in the black waitress book & I told the waitress by the way the fly that has been dreadfully flying around our table dropped dead in your black book. She looked in her book & walked away - she did not say a word. I will never bring anymore friends over this way. I use t o come in with my seniors & husband for we use to take them to the movies or I go to Victoria Secret.
Quality is really BAD - Prices are UP & no more Greatness or Freshness in this place. They did managed to get all new bathroom put in - it use to be when you walk in the bathroom the drain on the floor always had water around it & it really stunk in there.
I had to ask for Refills for our Water to - the waitress never came over after she served our food & ask how everything was. She came by like 20 minutes later & we had NO Water. Bahh.... I have been coming here since 2010. My husband & I came in here all the time & it use to be FRESH & GREAT. 4 years later really went down hill usually bad Quality Food. I asked how fresh the Salmon was (always do) The owner said he orders his Salmon every 2 days. I think for this price it should be brought in daily for it's Poultry - Poultry should not be sitting around. I teach the obesity on how to eat & read ingredients & Blu Burger use to be very selective on their Quality of Food Choice. Not No more.
