The first time I walked in to see about scheduling appointments and how much the service would cost for my vehicle the gentleman I spoke with was very rude and acted as though he didn't have time for me or my questions. When I finally made the appointment via phone, the same gentleman was assigned to me as my service liaison. He was very sweet once I was a current customer but very rude when I was not. First impressions never go away.
