Have to agree with Tom A. who describes the owner's demeanor to a T. Made multiple mistakes on my return, was quite unpleasant and did very little actual listening. There was very little privacy when I went back in to point out the errors to have them remedied. The place smelled like 40 years of smoking went on in there. Surprised it is in business still. We will not return. Gives H&R Block - whom I've used for years - a very bad name.
