My family has been staying at the Venetian twice a year for more than 5 years now. I don't know if they are under new management, but this will be our last time staying here.
- customer service was not great.
- we had 3 rooms, they put us on the 15th floor. As the elevator opened - !!!??? - a foul odor like someone vomited everywhere or a sewage spilled, it was really bad. The rooms didn't smell, only the hallways. We were stuck with these rooms because they didn't have any other rooms available, as they said.
- ice room - !!!??? - AGAIN! smell really bad. All I can think of is what if something is dead inside the ice machine? Did not use the ice.
- The pull-out sofa bed were full of dust and debris underneath, there were hairs under the sheet. Pillows, sweat smell. Had to ask for sheets and pillows replacement.
- One of the room AC did not work, they fixed it the day after.
