Broke my hood latch pull wire and then claimed they didn't do it. It became obvious that they did break it, and then they said 'it would have happened to anybody that opened the hood, so it's not our fault.' Then claimed that even if they did do it they weren't liable, even though they broke their own policy by opening it. If it works two days before and then they break it, you'd think they'd feel accountability. Guess not - use at your own risk. I called customer service and they don't take accountability, even if they break something like tire sensors, according to their district manager, and feel they have provided good service if they tell you where you can go to pay money to fix what they broke. The insincere request to help from the business below was canned - I responded and I got a 'let us know how we can help.' Weak.
