Rosanna was very friendly and professional. From sign in, to face screening, to showing me options for laser care, she was knowledgable and friendly. Laurie gave me an excellent treatment. I've been hesitant about getting a facial because the past ones I've done at other spas were clinical and uncomfortable. She talked me through all the steps, and I felt very comfortable and relaxed. This experience was more like a treat than a treatment!
