Had my daughter take her car in for a basic oil change. I warned her ahead of time that there would be an attempt to upsell her into 10 different money making scenarios but she should stick to her guns and just get the oil change. Uggghhhh. Sure enough, my phone rings soon after with a list of things the car "needs". Riiiight. Many items on their list had recently been taken care of such as the air filter and wiper blades... Both less that 1 month old. C'mon people... Don't screw people over and you will get repeat business. Daughter ended up with her basic oil change at a cost of $43.98 after tax. Kind of high don't you think?
