This place used to be a staple of mine but not anymore. I have been coming here for approximately 3 years and the quality has steadily declined. It used to be so good I would frequently drive 30+ minutes just to get it. The beef Pad Thai used to be the absolute best in the city--tender beef, perfectly cooked noodles and full of flavor. For about the last year I have been getting anything but that. I kept coming back thinking that the flavor and dish that I loved so much would be revived. Well, after receiving these extremely dry, bland noodles and beef today I will never come back here. Please don't waste your time and money eating here. Find some place other than Panna if you are craving really delicious Pad Thai because I'm sure you will be as disappointed as I have been over this last year.
