I used to like Apple Store in Yorkdale, but I went in to repair a cracked phone for the first time while I had apple care and they told me that I had to pay $39 if I wanted to repair my phone and pay$ 120 to replace the phone . As I was trying to understand why I had to pay all of the sudden cause i had iPhone 5,6 with apple and I never had to pay to replace a cracked screen they guy kept giving me attitude so I asked for a manager and he was even worse. I tried to explain to the manager that I have a history of replacing phone to check my history and he told me that I got special treatment..... what. Anyways I asked him for his name and he told me to leave the store and that I used up my time and if I didn't leave he would call security on me. The whole time I was talking to them I never once raised my voice. So why was he threatening to call security on me, I still don't understand.
