The ambiance of the location is nice but I was mainly disappointed with the customer service I received. I visited the nail shop for a repair of one nail and a polish fix on another nail (so only needed service on 2 nails). The tech tried to push me to do a fill even though my set was only one week old. I declined and repeated what I was there for. She then looked at my nails again and insisted that I do a repair on another nail. I repeated what I wanted but she kept pushing to repair a 2nd nail so I finally gave in. She then asked me where I had gotten my nails done and I told her. Once she started my repair another tech came over and she proceeded to talking about my nails in a different language. I'm confident that it was about my nails as she repeated the location of my previous nail service in English. I felt that it was very tacky to do that in front of a client. In addition when she completed the repair on the 2nd nail that she insisted on, she basicly added a little glue and a small amount of acrylic and charged me full price of a repair for that nail. Had I not been stretched for time, I would have voiced my concerns to a manager before leaving.
