I agree with most. Food was great - service was bad. Being served by a waiter in a tank top is disturbing. I don't like seeing underarm hair with my fish. There was no personality to any of the staff. The music was also way too loud. Conversation was impossible.
the food was incredible though so if they can figure out the rest, this could be a top rated place in TO. Enforced gratuity is unacceptable if there is not a large party.
I like the Kim-chi tofu.
