Well, I can honestly say I will never step foot in this place after the interaction I just had with the internet sales manager. I am trying to get out of a lease and have discussed my situation with multiple dealers who are willing to work with me and get me out if it. This guy (didn't even catch his name because he introduced him self as the Internet sales mgr) was So rude and basically told me I'm upside down in my lease (I'm not pay off to kbb has me at 1k equity) he tried to tell me I had to buy new- and flat out said he can't help me and barely said good bye when he hug up.
Now, if you can't help me that's fine, but just because I tell you I am not going to come test drove a vehicle until we talk some numbers does not warrant the brush off. I don't care if you were giving me a car for free, I wouldn't give you my business.
