I was originally going to put a positive review since they were able to able to service my car quickly and put on new rotors and brakes for me. The labor price was reasonable and wasn't excessive.
However, when I took my car back into get new tires at Sam's Club, a week later, after it was serviced at USA Auto Services. I learned that:
- One of my rear wheel, lug nug was missing.
- All 5 Wheel Stud on one of my rear tire were stripped/broken.
- The brake pads where installed improperly causing unever wear on pads.
- Sides were not greased properly, even thou, the grease was provided for them.
I had to pay an additional $246.78 to have that error fixed by another mechanic.
After having this experience, I do not know if I would trust their mechanic for their detail-ness and reliability as they let me leave their shop with a missing lug nug. And worst, installing a brake pad improperly, could have cost me, MY LIFE.
After that experience, I do not know if I would trust USA Auto Services mechanic to work on my car.

05/22/2018 - Kevin from USA Auto Service called me today upon reading my review and apologized.
Kevin attempted to explain that there are no ways to improperly install a brake pad and unever wear on a pad is resultant from rotor not surface in advance.
I'll consider returning to USA Auto Service.
