Two visits to Rack Attack: both a success. The first was routine: needed a Thule fit-kit. Done. Yesterday, however, I went in there with my poorly removed bike racks, which were missing a couple of parts. One of the gents at R.A. came out to my car, figured out the missing parts, gave them to me for free, and helped me get the bike racks re-installed. He refused my offers to pay for parts and/or service. I'm soooo happy. They just guaranteed my loyalty.
