We are brand new to Arizona and we don't know anyone here. We started our home search about 2 months after moving here. I found Mark on Yelp and read the reviews. This prompted a meeting where Mark explained his house hunting philosophy and his commitment to making sure we were happy with house we chose. I was immediately impressed with Marks knowledge and straightforwardness. Since we knew no one we relied on him for everything. He was so thorough in his recommendations but more important to me was that he explained his reasoning behind everything. It was really nice to be given the information behind his thoughts. We dragged Mark around for what felt like every house for sale in Gilbert. Mark never rushed us and continued to tell us when it's 'the one' you'll know. We nearly made an offer on 2 other houses and somehow Mark knew he wasn't seeing the response most people have when finding the right house. The house we decided on was the last of 5 houses we saw that afternoon. We walked in, looked around and we just knew. It had been on the market for less than a day and already had an offer. Mark was critical in helping us with a strategy to get this house. He helped us with an amazing guy for an appraisal, a wonderful mortgage broker, and the sellers accepted our offer. Mark was amazing throughout the entire process. Most importantly he advocated for us at every turn. I really felt like we were more important to him than the money. That doesn't happen much these days. He was so understanding of our fears and helped me calm down when I was really stressing during the process. When I bought my last house I didn't use a realtor and in hindsight based on this experience, not having a great realtor was a huge mistake. I won't ever buy or sell a home in Arizona without Mark. We're customers for life and I would recommend Mark to anyone in the market to buy or sell a home. We just closed on our house 2 days ago. Mark and Mickie exceeded every expectation we had. BEST REALTOR EVER!!!
