I did not visit the bakery itself, but I visited their stand at a farmers market recently. They have a wide variety of baked goods--pastries, cookies, scones, muffins, and bread in the shape of loaves, baguettes, and rolls. There were so many types and flavors, even with the more limited variety at the market. I bought a ham and cheese croissant, a monkey bread type muffin (I'm not positive, but I think it's cinnamon), and a loaf of cranberry pecan bread. Everything was pretty good. Croissant: really large and very filling. The amount of cheese and ham was just right. The croissant itself was soft, though I wish it were a little flakier (but I think that was partly because it wasn't warm). Pretty good. Muffin: reminded me of the croissant in that the dough seemed layered. Barely sweet, which I liked. I also enjoyed breaking apart the muffin into the chunks. Bread: delicious! (But then again, I just love bread.) I sampled some other types as well, including kalamata olive and rosemary olive oil . Everything had a really strong (but not overpowering) flavor, a melt-in-your-mouth soft interior, and a nice crust that wasn't tough. They were also very dense. As for the cranberry pecan, the ratio of mix-ins to bread was just right. The cranberries lent tartness and the pecans added nuttiness to the bread. It's great by itself--I wouldn't dream of "adulterating" it with spreads. The woman running the stand was very helpful and extremely efficient, even with a huge crowd. This is definitely a place to go if you love bread! It's definitely in my bucket list.
