Please beware! A Lyft driver hit my vehicle 2 weeks ago, the police officer agreed that the Lyft driver was at fault and the insurance adjuster has yet to contact me. I have emailed Lyft and sent an email to the adjuster as well and nothing! I would never use this company as a passenger because of how neglectful they've been!
