I both love and hate it here. The management is extremely helpful but they're not all the nicest people to interact with. That being said, we have had some really strange things happen. The first was literally the morning after we got the keys we got an eviction notice for $.50 that we somehow were short? (I don't know really) and then we also got an eviction notice (delivered at 1am by a tall scary man) for another apartment... As in we received someone else's eviction notice. #awkward. The units are nice, large and reasonably priced. The outside landscaping is beautiful and well kept. A downfall 100%? PARKING. I live with two other college students (three in total) and we all have our own cars, jobs and schools but only receive one parking spot. This is a pretty standard thing, yes. BUT the amount of extra parking is minimal, and we've had to on MANY occasions park down the street, in business parking, in other complexes or just on a road a few blocks down.
