I have been getting haircuts in the valley for 10 years now and Isaac has the title in my book! I have seen him cut different textures of hair, which I have found is tough for many barbers. When he moved across the valley, I followed(I live in Surprise AZ) despite many attempts to find a replacement barber closer to me.
