I understand that they were understaffed, but we reserved a private room for a party and it was during the NBA playoffs. I get why they're called Zipps - clearly it stands for the number of drinks I received after talking to 3 servers and the level of service they provided after waiting 2 hours - but are you really a Sports Grill if you can't keep track of orders on a Friday game night and divert blame towards patrons? They also conveniently took their time to place my order for wings at 7:02 (post happy hour) when I ordered at 6:45...that explains why it took another hour for them to come out. Or maybe that hour was dedicated to frying them to a nice crisp, which I appreciated; they were quite tasty. If you come, which I highly recommend you don't, get the wings. Make sure to order at 6:42 though so they put it in their system at 6:59.
