This is a beautiful place to live. The apartments and the grounds are exceptional. Unfortunately as with any multi family properties there are those that ruin the experience and diminish the quality of life. The small issues are inconsiderate smokers, their cigarette butts and the occasional dog owner not picking up after their pets. On these issues the staff does an exemplary job cleaning up after those to ignorant to do so themselves. For that I am very grateful! The management and maintenance staff exceed expectations. We also have beautiful flooring, I love the look and feel of these floors. However they come with a huge disadvantage, which is the reason for 2 Stars...You can hear all movement from above. Now I can resign myself that people are of course going to be moving around in their own home and I could absolutely live with those normal actions. That would be a small consequence of these floors that I like so much. If on the other hand you live under a completely inconsiderate family with a child and dog which sound as if they wear concrete shoes and run around for hours on end, back and forth, back and forth it can become unbearable. Unfortunately if it's outside the "quiet time" the office staff can do little to nothing to aid you in your discontent. It is completely at your neighbors discretion as to weather or not they want to be considerate. If they choose not to teach their child and animal to NOT RUN IN THE HOUSE then you live in a daily state of frustration during the hours of 6AM until whenever they put their hellcat to bed. So unfortunately when my lease is up I will probably have to leave. Hopefully before they give birth to their second spawn....
