Tried this place for the first time today and I will never go back. We arrived at 6 PM and immediately ordered 2 rolls and a side of chicken teriyaki. The AYCE has a 60 minute limit. Our rolls were not brought out until 6:30. The server brought the chicken teriyaki and then realized he brought the meal size portion so took it away. Taste was very bland. We ordered more rolls and 2 orders of shrimp tempura. At 6:45 we saw a man who just sat down being served 2 orders of shrimp tempura. We asked our server about it (since clearly they were ours) and he claimed to remember us ordering them and offered to put in an order then. We decided to leave. We spent $66 and left hungry. The service was absolutely horrible. The female server we had did not know if they served wine. all of the employees seemed to have an attitude and acted like it was a hassle to take orders or serve food.
