DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH... Spend your money wisely anywhere but here. The only reason we took our car here today was because our usual was closed on Memorial Day (we usually go to EcoWash Automotive Center..no complaints there). Last morning our car was egged on the back and we took it to get washed but we were told it was going to be an extra $40 to clean that off. The extra pay is understandable but once we told them that we weren't going to pay extra and just take the PLATINUM car wash that we paid for ($30)...they just half-assed the job. The wait was long..over an hour...and THE "CLEANING" WAS UNACCEPTABLE. There were water spots all over the body and the windshield, the windows had swirls with fingerprints, the side mirrors weren't even touched, the Hyundai symbols were dirty, and there was still dirt on the rear side and bumper. The only things that were cleaned were probably the tires. The interior job was alright at best. I immediately went home and washed my car myself. I should've spent the $30 dollars on wash and wax at the store and just did it myself in the first place. I would give 0 stars to this car wash if I were able to.
