The staff was quick to serve. However this was at 8pm, not busy time. Its inside the Palazzo shopping/Venetian casino where its in the narrow hall leading to the hotel elevators off the casino floor. I found them to have about 12 pure teas and 8 flavored teas. I had the green dragonwell and it was pretty good quality. Honey is behind the counter so ask.
