My family (husband and 3 young children) have been seeing Dr. Weinberg for a few years. We've never had an issue. She's great with the kids, even my 6 year old who has autism. Scheduling and rescheduling appts is "fine", the wait time is fine, the care is fine. Basically I have had no issues, but I haven't had my socks blown off either. It's the dentist, it is what it is. I do find the dentist to be a bit frazzles, but we've never had an issue.
