When we walked in, no one greeted us or even looked at us. We were trying to look for a tuxedo for my fiancé for our wedding. After about 15 minutes it appears they sent over a girl who didn't speak English. We showed her a picture of what we were looking for, and we were hoping for suggestions. She said "we don't have that" and we all stood awkwardly waiting to see what she would suggest instead. She told us we could purchase it online, but I really didn't expect to BUY anything without the option of trying something on!
I was overall very disappointed at the lack of customer service since we walked in so hopeful shopping for our wedding! This store really took the wind out of my sails with how excited we were to try things on.
