I did not make it past the receptionist because she sounded so irritable over the phone when all I wanted was 2 questions answered about their product line. I asked "Is now a good time?" and I called during off hours but she was such a pill I cancelled my appointment because I figured the receptionist reflected the energy in the salon. Pls coach up your receptionist - she is costing you business
