MINDY, the office manager and COURTNEY was very rude when I called regarding an urgent matter. They tell me it takes about 2 weeks to get medical documents from other facilities and I made sure that I added the pertinent info that is needed such as phone # and fax # on my medical release forms that I had signed. They tell me they shred the papers so beware that they might shred your important documents. What made me furious was the fact that MINDY hung the phone up on me on purpose without no apologies while i was talking. I dont understand how you can be a manager in the health field with no empathy regarding a very URGENT matter. My experience at first was great and after calling to hear that my forms that i signed was shredded and that i was needed to be referred out is very disappointing and unacceptable!!! Dept of Health should deal with complains such as these. They need to hire better staff in this office! They just lost my business for sure!
