The hostess is terrible. She said she can seat us within 30 mins. 90 min. later she still hasn't done so. But 3 groups came in a were seated right away. We had a party of 8. I understand the others may have had a reservation but when a table of 8 opens after we waited for over an hour, why would you not seat us!. We asked for the manager. She was less than helpful. She wouldn't even listen to what we had to say. This is a very poorly run restaurant. Later when I asked for something for a burn I received from one of the chefs throwing around grease while cleaning the grill, they couldn't find the ointment. Finally the bartender who witnessed the whole mess all night went into the kitchen to find it. The manager never came out to see what had happened or to apologize. She is so not management material. I can't understand how she got the job. Needless to say we will never go to that restaurant again!
