I have been renting from Enterprise for about 3 years once or twice per month. They are constantly switching managers and entire staff. My experience in February was terrible, not only did they go pick me up from the wrong location and they were about one hour late but then gave me the worst car on the lot. As stated before I rent from them to where I am on the gold tier but I do not feel I am appreciated for my years of loyalty to them. I am reconsidering changing.
