I got my 2015 Maserati Ghibli a few months ago and I couldn't be more pleased! Mike Shiffman was my salesperson and he was a HUGE help through the entire process. I heard he's at Range Rover now, but that won't stop me from giving him a shout-out. He worked with me and showed me how I could qualify without proving my income etc. Luckily I have good credit so it wasn't an issue. I also had never leased a vehicle so he explained everything in great detail. He was very helpful and very informative. He even gave me tips on how to sell my Jaguar so that I could get into my Maserati quicker. Our transaction was definitely not your typical sale. I texted him daily with random questions and he was always willing to help. I'm sure he was tired of hearing from me. Lol. After my purchase, he introduced me to everyone in the service department. We went over pricing for window tint etc. The whole experience was so pleasant and fun. I was bummed when I heard he left Maserati, but I'm glad their location has moved to Sahara. It's much closer to me now. I'm still loving my Ghibli and when my lease is up, I'm thinking I'll upgrade to the GranTurismo! :)
