I was having problems with my door handle/lock on my front door. I looked on YELP for a locksmith in Glendale (but he also works in Phoenix, and Scottsdale). Jack's business was the top one to show up on the list. I called him and asked what he charged. He said "let me come look at it and give you an estimate." He was here in 10 minutes (literally) and fixed my problem in less that an hour. (I had actually bought a new part at Home Depot for $130, which I am now returning). His price was very reasonable. He is an older, humble gentleman, with a great personality, and someone I knew would be trustworthy. I would use him again with no second thoughts. I wish every repairman was as good as him! 5 stars for Jack!!
