I rarely ever give bad reviews or pay any attention to bad reviews. But my experience at this salon was horrible. I would not even give this place a 1/2 Star. But then again I didn't even get passed the receptionist who also claimed to be the only nail artist. I called from California on wed to make an apt for Friday for my friend and I to get a mani/pedi. They took down my name and # and confirmed 10am apt for Friday.
When we arrived the lady at the front desk seemed like she might have been high. She couldn't formulate a sentence. She said she was the only nail artist there and didn't have our names on the books. She turned away a customer that called on the phone to make an apt as well. Instead of dealing with this we ended up leaving and giving our business to another nail salon where we walked right in and had great service. I wish you luck Bella Mi or Mia Bella whatever your name is. But who ever the receptionist was on fri the 25th should be fired.
