I have purchased numerous pieces of furniture from Mor. Customer service and salesmanship was great. Unfortunately I am having an awful experience getting my refund back. I chose to do a RAC in house finance purchase other than other modes of transaction for a dinning set ... They were out of stock but scheduled delivery. I paid off The entire amount within few days. Then they called me to tell me that the furniture won't be in until December 20 which is more than a month so I chose to cancel the order. I requested a refund and the manager would not return my call on several locations finally when I got her attention she said she already submitted and it's been more than three weeks that I didn't receive a check that I was promised. I called her expressed my concern and she said she resubmitted but when I went to check up on the status she would not return my call. I have reported fraud charge through my bank and attempting to get my money back which is a substantial amount. This is an awful experience for me and I will never go back to that particular location again.
