If you are thinking about using this doctor to tackle fertility issues please read this. Save yourself some serious discomfort, embarrassment, and time. Seek help elsewhere. After an hour and a half wait doctor H. walked into the room frustrated and impatient. He was having a bad day. I may have felt sympathetic if he were helpful. Not the case. He made my husband and I so uncomfortable. We asked for help and that is already a hard step to take at 40 years old. He told me twice, loudly, that I was a "ticking clock." Twice he said that word for word. Twice I repeated "I know. That is why I'm here." He then started to explain sex to my husband and I as If didn't know how it worked. By the end of our five minute visit the only advice given was to try harder for six more months. I was just told I was a ticking clock and now, after two years of trying, he wants me to waste another six months? He ordered blood work but was extremely vague about what he was testing. When I asked about testing as much as we could as soon as we could, he quickly shut me down. He didn't have time for me. We still don't have lab results after over a month and many phone calls. The lab slip given to my husband was completely incorrect and wasted a full three days for a time sensitive test. They advertise sperm testing on their website. I guess the people that work there don't read their own advertising. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a doctor. It was hard to ask for help to begin with. We wanted to start the diagnostics and stop wasting time. Doctor H. blew us off and wasted our time. He had one job and he failed it miserably. I can't say anything better for the confusing staff who kept calling us to schedule follow up appointment but not telling us why we need to follow up. What we have received are two bills in the week and a half following our appointment. If only their patient care were as prompt as their billing! Dr. H may be a phenomenal obgyn but his communication skills and bedside manner are so bad that I wouldn't see him again of it were free. if you are looking for help getting pregnant please go somewhere else. If you want a doctor that will rush you, give you vague half answers, act irritated with you, and belittle you, you're in luck! Dr H. Is the man for you. I have left messages for an office manager. I wanted to air my complaints privately and give them a chance to defend themselves. No one will call me back about this issue. Side note...we say doctor H. at the Henderson location. Update- I have had the opportunity to speak to Jennifer at the Henderson office. She is the office manager. She was kind, apologetic, and took the time to listen to me. It helped me very much. If this review were based on her help it would be five stars.
