If you have money that you can frivolously throw away trying to find a home this is the perfect company for it. We spent almost $200 after being told that the home we were interested in. Prior to the application we were told there were no other applications and to hurry and apply so that we would have first option which we did. We submitted our application and played the waiting game. Five days later and having heard nothing I contacted the office (of course leaving messages as I have to wonder if they really work) and left several messages. I received an email (not a phone call) to let us know that another applicant had received the home and that if we were interested in another home in their management we could apply for it. WHAT????!!!! Are you serious. First of all, why would you process several applications all at one time knowing that only one applicant can be approved and given the house? To me its like you STOLE right out of my pocket or robbed me!!! This is so unethical in so many ways especially when you tell your applicants that only ONE application will be processed at a time. I have never dealt with such business thievery as I have with this company. I am so thankful I work for one of the largest companies in the area and that I have a voice over our associates and relocation options to NEVER...EVER use this company. Now I have to figure out how to resolve this matter and it may be the matter of legal representation.
I am so glad that I recorded the call and have proof of what was told to us when we applied for this home.
