Big HUMONGOUS thanks to Eddie and his Saturday morning crew !! Came into town from out of state for Perfect Game Tournament (Baseball) and packed the wrong color pants (not in uniform, can't play). Ran (drove) to Big 5 only find out they didn't open until 9 ( 1st game starts @ 8 am). Saw someone walking in the store @ 7:20 am and decided to call hoping someone would pick up. Not only did Eddie pick up the call but once I explained my dilemma he got the pants I needed and allowed me to purchase them !!! Got them to my son by 7:50. Added bonus: he wished us good luck and found our we're from the same hometown (The SFV). EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Big "5", you've won this customer over!!! Telling EVERYONE @ the Tournament for the next 3 days to go to Big "5" for all their Baseball needs. Thanks again Eddie, your the BEST !!!!!!!
