I went to the Scottsdale location. The procedure was good. I would have given them 5 stars, but they canceled my app. The night before via email. They didn't call or give me an explanation or even try to reschedule for another time. This has never happened with any app I've had at other places. I thought it was unprofessional and rude. I have a very busy schedule, working full time with 2 small children too. It's hard to find time in my schedule.Also the lady was not at all friendly. It felt a bit awkward being there. She could have smiled at least and been a little welcoming. Seemed strange. I won't be going back.
