Troy and ACA came to my rescue. My air conditioner went out on Saturday night night. I called ACA at 8am on Sunday and Troy was over at my place within an hour. After taking a look at the unit and replacing the thermostat, he realized that the issue was in my electrical panel. Because ACA doesn't do that work directly, he recommended an electrical contractor that could come and complete the repair. The electrician was over in half an hour and the issue with the breaker in the panel was resolved.
With 110 degree temps this past weekend, I was relieved that my AC was back up and running within 3 hours (and it was done so quickly on a Sunday morning).
Troy was fantastic to deal with. I recommend him and his team to anyone looking for AC repair. Troy will be my first call next time there is an issue.
