I had a great experience at the Bicycle Ranch. I needed a bike shop, near where I live, to do a tune-up, so I stopped into the Bicycle Ranch. The gentleman at the front counter sent me to the repair area in the back where I was greeted immediately by Patrick. Patrick invited me into the repair area and immediately put my bike on a rack and gave it a quick once-over. He told me that I did not, yet, need to spend the money on a brake service for my hydraulic bakes, and recommended the basic tune-up at this time. I was impressed that they did not try to upsell me the most expensive packages, but instead recommended only what I needed, even when I was expecting to spend more. The entire time Patrick was talking with me about my bike along with the other two gentlemen in the room, Adam and Rob, whom were also working on bikes. All three of them were giving me advice and feedback regarding my bike and new technology and they made some recommendation to me for performing my own field maintenance if necessary. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism in the store and with the honest recommendations and I would recommend the Bicycle Ranch to my friends.
