Horrible groomer :( .....i hate to leave negative comments for people, but sometimes it's necessary. My dog is a long haired dog, he's Australian shepherd & chow mix. I think he's beautiful and wanted to keep his coat a little on the fluffy side, but I was told they can't do that without it looking bad cause it would be too "choppy". (I know, I know, that was the first sign that i should have left) She then proceeded to tell me that she can only shave him almost bald, which I gave into only because it's summer and figured it would keep him cool. But even allowing her to do the only haircut she was capable of, he STILL came out looking rough & choppy! WHAT. THE. HELL. The staff was really nice but that's not enough to keep me coming back for a $60 uneven grooming job.
