Have had the system for about 2 months. No issues as of yet. Like all the products thus far. Dishwashing liquid isn't as strong as usual Store bought stuff but still does the job. I can definitely see the difference in cooking and in my hair. It's so much softer now. Yes there's a $150 annual service fee but i think it's worth it when you know your family's drinking and bathing in clean water. Yes there's also the purchasing of the salt for the system but it's about $6/bag at Home Depot. Was not a fan of the salesman, but then again i don't like sales people in general. Slightly too pushy for my taste but i can't complain about the system itself or the service they've offered.
