I have travelled quite a bit and I'd say that Pearson doesn't have the best layout, and passenger flow could also be better designed.
Having that said, I appreciate the recent efforts to modernize and change up the security screening area.
I feel Pearson is big enough to get some more major lounges instead of limiting itself to the Maple leaf lounge and plaza premium lounges, both of which can get overly busy.
Stars are also being deducted for the tendency of bags being shown up at the wrong luggage belt, which made for a very exhausting arrival experience...and I have had that happen to me personally over 5 times! That's unacceptable.
