My parents and I had no problems while staying here as a place to stay while I was moving out of my apartment. Our room got less than satisfactory air circulation, which made for very humid conditions whenever we entered our room.
as for bed bugs, we didn't have any problems with that, and we didn't eat any of the continental breakfast items. we figured that we could chip in a few bucks and get a breakfast at any of the 12637912361 american restaurant chains surrounding the motel.
wifi was workable for very basic internet surfing. don't expect to be able to download files/stream.
this was the cheapest option that wasn't really actually way out of the way from the squirrel hill/oakland area. i'd go as far as saying that during graduation week, this may be a fairly good place to stay, for the price and distance from campus - places in oakland, southside, west of the fort pitt bridge, and waterfront are all going to be blasphemously inflated in price during university commencement weekends.
4 stars for being a solid Motel.
